MODELING

Here is the little girl for whom I re-created this crocheted pineapple top. I hope that she enjoys it. Her grandma wanted to use it for her "Casual Wear" category in an upcoming pageant this weekend. I'll look forward to seeing it with the white capris she'll be wearing with it. I also crocheted two black flower pins to attach to the side of each leg of the capris. And though my cousin originally requested a pink blossom for the front of the top, she has decided that a white one and a white ribbon would look best with the white capris. And I must agree. It'll have that classic black and white look.

OH! I didn't even pay attention to the fact that she was going to wear this in a pageant! I missed that on my first reading. So no wonder she models well!

And - how wonderful a job you did on the top, to free-lance it like that (is that the phrase I want?) and have it come out so good that someone is wearing it for a pageant!
